Basically, a person who appreciates the use of anthropomorphic characters in some art form, whether it be drawings, stories, live performances, role play, costuming, sculpture, etc. Examples of anthropomorphic characters in common everyday life are Starfox, Disney's Robin Hood, Mickey Mouse, etc. It is a very broad fandom, with several different interests. For example, the majority of the artwork on my page here is considered furry, as it features an anthropomorphic fox. The gold fox you see most often in my gallery is my "fursona", a character which I use to represent myself. Other than that, its pretty much what you make of it, as furry can really be whatever you want it to be for you.
